Does it need to have a pre-set position or it just have to select a random target? I was waiting for this bug to be posted because I wasn't sure what to do.

Well first, he was positioning as usual, in the middle.

Second i can assure u the tank couldn't face in a way to spawn those adds like that, he would have had to be like, in the right of helya, not on the main platform but on the water, and im kinda sure, that shouldn't even be possible( going to the left/right back of helya). Let me know if im wrong.


I can't find a proper solution for this, hmm. basically before it casts the spell the boss is facing the orientation to the tank following him. What I could do is to set the orientation at the position of tank before the cast and during the cast it will never move/turn from that position.

Im not quite sure how to explain it/what's wrong. I mean sometimes the damage is spread, meaning it hit more than 1 people, but sometimes it's not, either noone takes single target damage>resulting in wipe because the tentacle wasn't soaked, or NOT everyone that's in the range of the tentacle strike gets hit.

I assume that either the marked zone is wrong(not placed correctly), or the marked zone is not with a correct lenght/width.
P.s sometimes the tentacle strike "starts" / has it's starting position not at the beggining of the platform, but from inside helya/ or even further away.

From what I can see it's pre-set locations.

At 1:54 and again at 4:30 in the video you can see the tentacle strike is not targeting a player instead just an area, there's also no mention of if it should be a player or a location on wowhead

But from our attempts it was neither a player or good pre-set locations as like I originally said a tentacle went into the water towards helya and could not be soaked, also the tentacle does not appear to be hitting all players that are within the soaking border for it.

Im not quite sure how to explain it/what's wrong. Ok since you both confirmed at the same time that they should have a preset location i'll do that.

In Odyn encounter on phase2 both Hymdall and Odyn gain valarjar bond ( 99% dmg reduction ). That should only be between hyjra and hymdall on phase 1.

Adds from Bilewater breath can still spawn behind Helya on water, It has to be with the scale but it's so absurd I'm sure tanks are far enough.
Corruption breath on phase 3 does not leave shadow clouds to be soaked what so ever, we tried both having the tank be on max hit range and even @ middle of platform once she starts casting it. Either they are invisible or somewhere under / behind platform.
2 Ships instead of 1 arrive on phase 3.
Spawn of small adds in phase 3 is absurd. Could it be that you don't stop the spawn from phase3 so they double?
I cannot push the guild into a brick wall any further.

1. https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=228012 (wowhead link) too often cast. Like every 15s. Sometimes one after another instantly.
2. https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=229584 (wowhead link) sometimes doesen t gives you the debuff. Or it gives but it won t protect you from 15m DMG of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=229644 (wowhead link)
3. sometimes boss summon http://www.wowhead.com/npc=114363/valarjar-runebearer at the same time with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=227961 (wowhead link) + https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=229644 (wowhead link), and you can't take your Protected debuff because you re forced to kill the adds => wipe. It shouldn t happen adds + protected debuffs at the same time.

If you are at Helya and server crashes the wall (wave-like) block after guarm is applied and you cannot pass further if you wipe. Yeah, we did that many attempts that we encountered this 3 times.

Description:- 1) this was our 1st try of Guarm hc. In the platform if boss is being tanked on Skull Marker or Purple marker (see the video to know the exact marker position), Flashing fangs (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=227514) give damage some time properly and some time not. See the video at 0:07 the boss cast flashing fangs but our tanks [Madon (paladin) and Fixscenarios (Demon Hunter] did not receive any damage. but see the video at 0:27 both of the tank took the damage from flashing fang!

2) It is same as Guardian's Breath. see the video at 0:42, i was alone in red breath, did not receive any damage. [after 2 sec i died due to multi headed (see raid chat fatality if u doubt) as i was the nearest person near main tank and Off Tank was dead.] if breath give me damage I should die instantly as it give 4M damage.


After X time wipes boss get buggy. ( Something triggers Guarm after X number of wipes to not target anyone when initiated. While you fight him like that he's far easier and he moves on stampede a lot slower. )

Description:- 1) see the video at 0:14 to 0:20 sec, tank was tanking boss at purple marker!! so breath should go there but it comes to us( rdps and healers) and also did not give any damage. but see the video from 0:35 to 0:39, i was in red breath this time it works perfectly.

2) see the video from 1 minute, that how he is moving at Headlong charge. like ramp walk !!!!




Bug description:= After we wipe, Guarm is attacking corpse.

N.B. when we do guarm in normal it was working total perfect!! But in hc that bugs happened! I think if boss get tanked in that skull or purple marker( see the video to know the exact marker position on platform) both the breath and flashing fangs are getting bugged!!

Another Important thing that if no one get hit by breath or very few player (like only 5 or 6 ) soak the breath, Boss should get this buff https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=66759 (wowhead link) which increase his attack speed and all physical damage done by 75%. It is also bugged. boss dont get any buff.

Hmm those are the weirdest videos i've ever seen. I'll look into it. Btw frothing rage it only increases the boss damage done by 5% per stack. And that works on normal and mythic. Tbh i don't think i tested it on heroic as it was no (mechanic ) difference between normal and heroic.
