Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Chimera shot dmg nu este redus de rezil cum trebuie.

Chimera shot DMG formula e:
An instant shot that causes ranged weapon Nature damage plus RAP*0.732+1620

Acum,stats din print:
RAP: 16012
Min weap dmg: 5215
Max weap dmg: 6109

Ok,pe no rezil:
5215+(11720,7+1620)= 5215+13340,7 =18555,7 (min weap dmg)
6109+(11720,7+1620)= 6109+13340,7 =19449,7 (max weap dmg)

34.47% dmg red ar trebui sa reduca dmg-ul la chimera shot intre urmatoarele valori:
La min weap dmg 6396,1
La max weap dmg 6704


Insa in mod normal,dmg-ul la chimera shot non crit pe acel rezil ar trebui sa varieze intre urmatoarele valori:


18555,7 - 6396,1(from rezil) = 12159,6 (min weap dmg on that rezil)
19449,7 - 6704(from rezil) = 12745,7 (max weap dmg on that rezil)
