Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Stiam ca pe retail daca magul ia orice cc sau silence, ring of frostul lui numai functioneaza. IN SFARSIT am gasit dovada clara.

Asta trebuia sa mearga incepand cu S9, dar merge?

Oricum nu mai conteaza ce e pe 4.0.6, decat ca fapt divers pentru cei cu tinere de minte care doresc sa imbunatateasca gameplay-ul si sa reposteze bugurile care sunt valide si care persista de pe 4.0.6 pe final patch.
