Funneling Leveling?

I'm new to the server and have begun a new character. I found that when I tried to quest in Darkshore... there were no quests. Just the final one to get the pet. Why is this? Why are leveling players being forced/funneled through to Westfall and on?

All quests should be available to players. There might be a broken quest here and there but as a whole lot everything should be fine.

I have found the issue.. as a Night Elf, all Darkshore quests are available to me. However, as a Draenei, they are not. Is this intended or a bug?

I don't know how it is supposed to work since I'm not really interested in leveling, but end game content. There might be a pre-requirement for Drakshore quests which as Night Elf you already completed. Please check out any external source like wowhead or any other source and if it is bugged indeed you can submit a bug report on our bug tracker section.

Understood- however, there WAS one quest there and it was the final quest you get for completing the line of quests from Lor'danel. It was for the pet Withers. I got it and there was nothing else available. So I'll report this to the bug tracker.
