Having lags

I'm having a lot of lag problems when the server is getting full like in the evening but on the morning and non i have no lags at all I am playing from Asia and someone told me it might be the problem.
I wanted to know if it really might be the problem and if so if it can be fixed anyhow.
I really really like this server and I hope I can solve the problem.

100-200ms and I also have lag spikes. Many other ppl says they had lags in the same moments as me, so I think it's server side.
