Actually this error means wrong patching not that u have dowloaded the damn "fix".

No i havent runned wow.exe again and i found the "fix" last night. After too many fail attempts to fix the issued file i decided to delete it and run my wow client w/o it and guess what? WoW worked like a charm, all through i deleted 614mb .MPQ file from Data folder!

So if anyone else got the same problem, delete that file, run Freakz launcher and wait for few mins and your wow will start w/o any problem
