I lost my char !

I tryed to log in on my pass but i couldnt, then i tryed to change it, and it wasnt exist, then i tryed to find by adding on my friends from other char, and it says "Player can't find", mt char's name is Lithy and its DK class, human rase. Pls help me GM if you can.

There is no Lithy on genesis or evolution. There was a Lithy and it was transfered on exodus, new name Azthy http://armory.freakz.ro/character-sheet.xml?r=Exodus&&cn=Azthy

So someone entered on my pass and transfferd him? But nobody knew password

??? Can you do something about it ? :/ Or just at least tell me when its transsferd.
