Rune/energy/focus regen is affected only by haste. Melee and ranged Speed =/= haste.

Groovy, runele sunt afectate de improved icy talons, icy talons inclusiv berserk-ul de la troll.

de la secunda 40 arata charsheet-ul in care tipul are 57% haste din icy talons, improved icy talons plus unholy pres.

Se pare ca ai dreptate . Probabil acelasi bug ca si aici. Totusi nu inteleg, la celelalte clase attack speed =/= haste.

Sper sa se rezolve problema asta, caci pt unholy haste e un must have

Hai sa ne gandim la ceva:
la feral tiger's fury (60 ene/45s) da 1.33 energy/sec = ~13% haste > IIT de la dk
la rogue ai adrenaline rush => 100% increased regen timp de 15s cd 3 min => extra 1.66 energy/sec = ~16% extra haste > IIT de la dk
la hunter rapid fire 40% haste timp de 15 sec cd 3min => extra regen 1.16 energy/sec => ~11% haste > IIT de la dk
Warrior-ul este afectat chiar daca nu direct....sa zicem ca ai arma de 3.6 speed care genereaza 23.4 rage = 6.5 rage/ sec
Daca ai Icy talons/wf totem => attack speed devine 3.27, insa el va genera tot 23.4 rage/ swing => 7.15 rage/sec => se poate vedea ca ii creste cu fix 10%

Concluzie, rune regen trebuiesa fie afectat de icy talons pt ca fiecare din clasele specificate mai sus este afectata de un al 2-lea efect in mod similar si sunt facute asa pt a fi echilibrate ca efect.

PS: nu am comparat skilurile principale gen slice and dice(rogue), omen of clarity(feral), steady/cobra shot regen(hunter), ci doar pe cele secundare care tin loc de icy talons la clasele care nu sunt afectate. Asta ca raspuns pt Groovy
