Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu exista Diminish Return in ceea ce priveste dodge rate. Cu 5k agility , care nu este foarte mult, am aproximativ 38% dodge.

Avoidance DR Mechanics in Cataclysm

The DR formula for Dodge and Parry:

\frac{1}{x'} = \frac{1}{c}+\frac{k}{x}}

where
x' is the avoidance after DR.
x is the avoidance before DR.
c is a class dependent cap of the stat.
k is also a class dependent constant.

Confirmed. A major bug that needs to be fixed (since rogues are going to be so op and with this there would be like 70% rogues in arenas when 4.3.4 goes live)
