Bug description: So i started this quest last night and i completed the previous one and accepted this one, but i logged off for the night, and i came back this morning and noticed that the area marked isnt where prophet velen should be, and i dont know how to find him or f continue the quest

Have you tried to abandon quest, exit wow, clear cache and retake the quest. It worked for me with no problems yesterday.
