Bug description: This Q has 3 steps and at 3rd (0/1 Go to the dais and induct Delas Moonfang into the Silver Hand) steps when Delas Moonfang kneels i should get extra action bar with spell to induct Delas Moonfang and finish Q. But i didnt Get it i did relog, delete cache file, abandon Q all thing did at least 4times. i was asking ppl did this Q at 7.2 patch

Abandon and re-take the quest, then walk slowly behind Delas Moonfang and see if the action button will appear then.

I can't reproduce, try to do it again and post a video / screenshots of everything you're doing if it still doesn't work.
