Screen freezing

Bug description: I have a problem im not sure if it is from the game or from my pc but the game works fine when i launch it and play, but some times it freezes totally, i can still hear sounds if i click or i open up the menu it stills works fine but the screen is frozen to one frame, it seems that this problem occurs alot when i open the mounts tab or character, idk if it was the game or something with the display. does anyone know how to solve it ? thanks.

This is most probably due to your hardware, either a slow processor, weak graphics card, or low RAM.

yeah i tried to load directx 11 legacy i take a big hit on fps for consistency but still a valid fix i think, thanks for replying!
