Website is up for me and it says that there are people online, so i'm guessing it's only you.

For me it's up and i can enter the game. Try changing servers. From wow.freakz.ro to wow.freakz.ro1 or wow.freakz.ro2 etc. it worked during WOTLK here, not sure does it work now.
Sometimes i get the same bug as you and i can't access website nor server waiting for some time usually fix the problem.
