WoW Error

I am constantly getting this:

Never had this kind of issues until now. Even if i am not ingame i get this error. Sometimes i am just on the character screen page and i randomly get this error.

Can you guys please have a look into this? We constantly get this error..... if you get it in a Key , once you login back you have 0 talents..... if you get it in BG you get deserter....
