mi-am uitat parola la cont si akm nu pot sa o mai recuperez.. la prima optiune unde bag emailu zice: ca un email a fost trimis cu noua parola.. bla bla.. si mie in mail nu-mi vine nicio parola:) am incercat si al doilea pas cu resetarea parolei direct.. si zice ca:

GENERALERROR


Parola introdusa pentru email nu este corecta, va rugam incercati din nou in 10 minute

contul este: mnr23111 si emailu: [email protected]

gm plz help..

incearca sa mai astepti putin daca tot nu vine verifica si spam
iar daca nici asa nu vine...e posibil sa fie o eroare de a mailului...
si eu am patit asta cu contul de la blizz , am pus mailul pe yahoo.com si mailul meu e defapt pe yahoo.ro si cei de la yahoo mi-au zis ca e posibil sa nu pot primi mailurile pe mailul meu asa ca sa vorbesc cu cei de la blizz sa imi schimbe adresa de mail.
daca se intamlpa asta nu prea ai ce face..

.... ce naiba ca akm ,.. 1 luna sau 2 am schimbat parola am dat recover si a mers.. si akm nu mai merge,..,,, eu zic ca e ceva de la serv..

Mai incearca iar sa dai reset la parola. Dai de vreo 3-4 ori in decursu a 10 minute.
Si eu am dat recover la un cont si primu n-a mers, a mers din al doilea.
