Refer-a-friend programme

Hello. I were think about refer-a-friend programme with pets/mounts/vote points as rewards.

For example, when friend refered by you achieves level 50, you recieve XYZ mount, and he recieves the same mount or pet.

If dev team is interested, I can provide more details.

thats what retail already does, people could just make dummy accounts to get the rewards. Only works on retail when the friend buys playtime. If there was a way to filter out dummy accounts it would be a great idea. Maybe filter through ip. but even that can be falsified.

This has been suggested before But we wont implement it due to people trying to scam the system.
