[Rogue] Stealth + Subterfuge weird behaviour

Bug description: I'm not sure if this a bug on my char or something similar, but i'm having some weird effect regarding [Stealth] + [Subterfuge]. When i get "near" any non-friendly npc/player (like a 20 meters radius) i get automatically thrown off Stealth if i'm using the [Subterfuge] talent. I'm not saying the npc is aggroing me, i'm not even in his aggroing/seeing radius, it just takes me out of stealth. It can even be done with neutral critters.
Proof: Here is a video i took of it, it's happening to me in basically every place, i tried unstucking to check if maybe some debuff got stuck on me, but nothing. And it only happens when i'm using Subterfuge.

Go to another zone and recheck, give me the name of the "blue bubble buff" you have on you, so i can recheck with it being active.

1. It happens to me everywhere (or at least when i reported it, not sure if with today reset it got fixed, since i just switched talents), i tested it in like 15 different maps trying to find what's the issue, i was there precisely to use adds that have a low aggro range on me, but it happens even with the critters.
2. The blue bubble is the [Supplementary Oxygenation Device] from the blue cards in the Pocket-Sized Computation Device.
3. The first reported bug has nothing to do with this one.

Both reports have to do something with subterfuge glitching out for some reason, the 2 video proofs i sent, were done 10mins after you posted the report, do you still have the issue with stealth breaking near enemies/critters, cuz i do not. Also its not the Oxygen buff, i just checked on PTR, so if it still happens to you, try removing all your gear. and see if it still breaks randomly(near enemies etc). If it doesnt break once you have 0 gear on, than we can deduce everything and look into your gear traits, they might be causing the issue for you.

Maybe procs on you might affect subterfuge ,like the protection trait ,the heal one if you are at x range from enemies ,for me subterfuge breaks insta if an enemy gets me out of stealth which is also a bug ,I should still benefit from stealth abilities for x amount of seconds.

I found the issue last night, its related to the trait he has on his gear called Endless Hunger, so for now just replace that trait with something else so you don't have this issue anymore, untill it gets fixed.
