Rogue artifact weapon questline bug

Bug description: At stage 3, I cannot use the Smoke Bomb in the Trader's Hall at all.
Tried relogging, abandoning and reengaging the quest, nothing helped.
The Smoke Bomb doesn't appear in the inventory after it's picked up.

Wrong section. This is MoP -> Bug Report -> Quests.
Post it here.
