Roll back lost Hagara loot

Character Name: Malevus
Item Name & ID: Shoulders of the corupted conqueror

Details: (optional) : so the problem was actually before 10-15 minutes we killed hagara on normal dificulty , and when we opened the loot there are shoulders and few more items but in that moment server chashed and when we get back Hagara was not there. I didnt saw requirements for screenshots but I will upload if needed. Pleasae help.
