Details: (optional) -- I voted for a pair of heirloom pants (the ones listed above). I sent them to my priest, Encoded, right before the server restearded for some fixes. I did not have time to grab the pants from my mailbox before the restart since I was not aware of it before I logged in-game. However, when the server got back up, I logged on and could not find anything in my mailbox. I made a ticket in hopes to get some help, and well.. As you might've understood, the ticket is what led me to this forum.

So yeah, this is my call for help..
