[Scroll of Teleport: Ravenholdt] Add this item for rogues

The [Scroll of Teleport: Ravenholdt] (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=139590&&name=scroll-of-teleport-ravenholdt) is a rogue-only item which should have been added in Legion. When we turned in the vault tickets with Noggenfogger, we should be able to pick an item at random from the vault in the rogue class hall, this item being one of the possible rewards. This never worked, because.. freakz, so, this item was never made available, even tho it's added to the database as i linked it before.

Would it be possible to add it to any of the custom-even vendors or to any vendor npc in the rogue class hall? The item doesn't have any special effect, is just a Ravenholdt teleport mostly for lore purposes.
