Seal of Broken fate should be able to be buyed with gold.

Bug description: You should be able to buy those seals of broken fate for gold or resources (actually ingame those can only be buyed for resources)
They work exactly like the order resources: 1k gold or 1k resources, 2,5k gold/2,5k resources, 4k gold/4k resouces. You are supposed to select if you want to buy the seal of broken fate with money or resources for the 3 quest given by the npc.
