Bug description: You should be able to get Flame Shock to a higher duration when you using this talent and +2 targets.
It's kinda hard to explain
It should work like this:

cast Flame Shock on target A (24 sec duration)
cast Lava Burst on target A (target B now has a Flame Shock 24 sec duration)
cast Lava Burst on target B (target A has now a Flame Shock of around 38 sec)
cast Lava Burst on target A (Target B has now a Flame Shock of around 45 sec)

Basically this talent applies a Flame Shock with a modified base duration and can increase this way up to 5 hours as the guy in the video says



Proof: Take a look around 11:39 . He managed to get Flame Shock to last 44 MINUTES

Confirmed, flame shock benefits from Pandemic in Legion ,, Flame Shock benefits from Pandemic, meaning that you can refresh it any time that it has less than 30% of its original maximum duration remaining and the remaining duration will be added to the new debuff. Therefore, if you apply a Flame Shock with the maximum value of 20 Maelstrom (30-second duration), you will be able to refresh it without wasting any duration when it has 9 seconds or less remaining, and it will be extended by 30 seconds.
