Bug description: Fire elemental totem should be affected by your haste, as it's attack speed will scale with haste. Here fire elemental totem doesnt scale well with haste.

Go to 35:15 and watch the fire elemental totem attack speed with only Elemental Mastery active.(It show early in the video that he have the talent and use it)
