Bug description: Hailstorm should do the same number of hits as Flametongue but it does less, as in every Frostbrand attack should also trigger Hailstorm damage. That doesn't happen though, Hailstorm hitting for about 30% less times than Flametongue attack.

As you can see in the video, frostbrand attack has a similar number of hits to flametongue, but Hailstorm is way lower.
