[Shaman][Enhancement][Honor Talent] Static Cling

Bug description: Even if you stick like glue to the target, the cling will randomly break. raven3, don't reject the topic that fast, use stormstrikes while moving with the target at the same time, you'll notice that the cling will disappear.

Hmm..
It breaks.
But not from positioning or movement but from damage.

Did extensive tests. The breaks seem random.
But here is a vague pattern.

If I get the link working and I spam nonstop dmg than the link holds 24/7
If I let the link going and don't use any attaks for like 10+ seconds then it's a 80+% chance the link will break the next time I use an attack on him.

Also an interesting thing I noticed:
During static cling I don't have any autoattacks. I don't think that's right.
Could this be in some way the cause for the intrerupts?
