[Shaman][Talent] Echo of the Elements not working as intended

If you can't fix it properly, leave it as it is. There's no midway to either ruining the class completely or having it a bit stronger than it is supposed to be in this situation. After all it's not my main interest to have the player base stop playing yet another spec

I gave Chainfury as an example, because it's kinda the only shaman elemental I see around at raids, if he's exploiting it's not my concern.

Won't continue this argue, because I know this could easily turn into a flame topic, everyone is there to defend their class, when they try to balance something, like how it was with agony on ToT when it was dealing massive damage, everyone was saying that the damage is correct.

no You should absolutly shouldn't Add custom fix .Why? Because Shaman elemental is one of the specs that are almost blizzlike in pve And by implementing custom Things You will ruin IT. Thank you

About echo:If you put 1 sec on chain lightning and lava beam, in my opinion is a bad ideea, why ? If you do that, many of elemental shamans will be like:,,*** this server, I'm out''.I think is a good idea to find a way for 0,1 ICD or you can let it at 0.In the end of MoP you are trying to repair it but not this way.

absolutly not , shaman is fine as it is in pve , its doing almost the same damage as it did on blizzard , stop doing things that are not necessary , also i am not doing drama here , but i did not spend money on my 2 shamans to have it ruined by custom fixes , if u can implement blizzlike fix please do it but if u can't just leave it .
