Small stutter always present..

Hello. I always have noticed small stutterig every 10 seconds wherever i am in Broken Isles or other zones. I have set everything to lowest,i have 100+ fps in Broken Isles and my ms is home(90) world(~100) which is weird since on other servers its like 50-60 and less but never mind.
My setup is:
AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB GDDR5 128bit
Intel Pentium G4560 @3.5GHz
4 GB DDR4-2133 HyperX RAM Memory
HDD 500 GB 7.2k RPM
Windows 10 Professional 64bit

I know the graphics are not that great but come on it should be at least somehow better than this...

Btw i am not running any background applications and unnecessary processes.

I have no addons.

Hello nenocar,

Are you sure that the "stuttering" you're experiencing is hardware related and not just lag caused by the server and/or your internet connection? 90-100 ms is somewhat high and can cause small stutters like you're describing them - especially when the server is under a heavy load of 4500+ players.

Well I don't know why on WoW-Freakz the ms is that high. My internet is 10mbps speed,which should be more than good... I played on other private servers with 50-60 ms and less... And on a loaded private server with 10k+ players (TBC,won't name the server) with no ms issues. Ofc legion and tbc are different but it's still not something that should be an issue. I'm from Serbia and Romania is my neighbour country so it's not even that far... I have no idea what can fix this.

I have also played MoP for 2 years,no stutter there either... I don't know what could possibly cause this.
