Bug description: If a world add casts charmed spell onto the player, the visual effect shows but the player can continue to cast / dps and use spells as per normal, with shaman, if you change to wolf form, you bypass all effects and continue as per normal.
Proof: Test with any world add to cast it on you.

You can see here I am charmed but I can still dps / use spells as per normal, wolf mode disable all effects.

This is how it was on retail aswell, Blizzard made a mistake while designing this spell and it got a mechanic charm on it that isn't doing anything so, i will move this to low priority because it isn't really a bug on our side and the game is designed this way. Trello Card.
