Starting Problem with World of Warcraft

My Game doesn't start, whenever i try to start it.
It only works, when my PC boots up and i start it instantly, but if i do smth first, it just dont start anymore.
So to say i have to reboot my PC everytime, i want to play WoW.
Does anyboy know, why this happens? Should i do a "repair" of the WoW folder or smth?

It's most likely another program (likely a firewall or anti virus) blocking the Freakz launcher.
