Strange Morchok bug

Got invited to a Morch-only fight - and encountered this bug for the first time.

Basically when you get linked the following things should happen:
- you see a red beam connecting you to the circle/barrier bomb
- you see the debuff to the right side of your screen
- your screen flashes red/yellow/blue (depending on how close you are to the circle)

These all happen without the need for addons.

Anyway earlier - I only saw the link - never the debuff or the screen flash.
The beam - which is visible - sometimes gets covered by other players/the boss/the ground and so on.
Since I'm more used to clearly visible changes than minor graphical effects, I died a few times, LOL (baddie).


I've already relogged/cleared cache but the problem still persists. Anyone encounter this?




Since the only visible indicator that I was linked is the beam - on the first screenshot (left side) you can see how this can be a problem - since the beam passed underground and is barely visible.
On both screenshots, no "screen flashes" or change in colors; you don't even see the debuff.

Yep, newest bug on freakz I'd say. Happend to me on 2 chars since I 1st noticed it. I was so confused when my hunter got oneshoted out of nowhere the 1st time. It's even worst if u're a melee sticked in the boss, u can barely notice it with all the other special effects goin on around u..

It now appears in the Buffs section, not the debuffs, and you CAN remove the link, but it will re-appear after ~0.1 secs.

Now that you mention it, i saw a similar bug on ET on Echo of Tyrande, the stun she puts on the players it can be removed now by just right clicking it. It's a buff instead of debuff.

its just the matter of time when fading light on ultraxion will have the same effect bump..

That would be great if that was possible with "Sated"/"Exhaustion" (Hero/BL debuffs).

It'd be like an infinite use of Murozond's hourglass in ET - only with a simple click. Haha
