hey
when i enter with any hero of main to TOS inc after a 5 secounds while showing downloading icon on top of the screen,my account get discounected form server...i did everything but i couldnt solve that downloading and discounacting problem any guide??

Hello yunes73,

Have you fully donwloaded the game? If not, it's probably just a matter of waiting.
Regardless, you should unstuck your character on the website here: https://www.wow-freakz.com/unstuck.php
Also delete the Cache folder in your WoW folder.
