Stuck trying to start with Suramar story

Hello everyone, I am looking to start with Suramar story quests but I can't do it.
I explain myself: I saw on the internet that Khadgar is supposed to give me the first mission but he doesn't. He gives me another mission from my class hall quests, but not from Suramar.
Anyone knows how to start? Anything that could help me? Obviously, if you need more info, I will answer asap

It's not in Dalaran.

Press Shift+J to open the Adventure Journal, then scroll through the "Suggested Content". The starting quest for Suramar is there.
