Suggestion with the raid lock

Hello i was wondering if you can make the raids lock time at like 3-4 days. In this way people can do more raids in one week, therefore they can get faster the gear that they wanted and i am pretty sure that the pve will get to be much better in exodus.
Having this i guess some more players will start to play. Why ?
Let's see for Bastion of Twilight ~ almost every raid they only kill Halfus that gives 2 / 4 items and a mark for heroic also 70 valor points or 90 i can't remember. They will mostly get saved only for one boss for a week. If they can do 2x Halfus in one week probably later some day they would be able to do Valiona&Theralion and why not Ascendant Council. ( i'm talking now about most of the pug runs and even some guilds runs ) ~~ now if X player that likes pve has CD's for one week only for halfus ~ he might not play anymore after he killed the boss.

NO, although what they could do is Retail-like LFR, where you can do those bosses as much as you want but get loot only once per week.

So you would not like to have the raids lock for 3,4 days ? Am i right ? great support..

If those raid locks were to shorten, we would have MUCH more nooblets run arround with good gear even faster than they would usually do. Also, a good player doesn't focus on only 1 character -. You spend all your locks on your main? No problem! Log an alt! ( I got 12 of them.)

I also have alts, not 12, only 4, and i still belive and i would even bet if the raids locks will be 3,4 days or 5 the pve on exodus will get much better.

Thanks to the rep rates there is no need to do dungeons since rep gear provides raid-worthy gear as soon as you hit 85 (with a few class exceptions). Giving more gear to bad players will just make it worse.

I belive we all were at the start bad players. What makes a player to be good? Read some class / raids / dungeons / pvp guides ? Search the all-known google?
Come on how come they won't improve if the cd's will be lower than they are now? Imagine that the raids will be on the raid finder, every day( i'm saying about pugging the raids ).
The guilds that are able to do guild raids run can do 2 for example in one week. Anyways. I really don't see the point why it would be worse.

A better concept would be:
-Lower the rep gain rates, that would make sure that you wont hit exalted with every faction you touch
-That will force people to do dungeons, grind factions
-Their will get gear as they improve as they get better since they have to do dungeons
-If they have good gear and they suck they will get votekicked.

In case you didn't notice,this server has 3 dungeons and those aren't quite made for 340+ players.

Rep gear, and 1 hour of farming (just killing cata zone mobs) will get you to at least ilvl of 350, and that is enough for BH. In BH you will get (after done it for a few weeks) maybe some t11, and some Vici gear. If you find a guild that will teach you the "Arts of PvE", you will get geared in no-time. There is no reason for new players to run arround in green gear like they already do, a bit of farming and you are geared. (Also doing some proffs is welcome)
