Hello roodyan,

This is a recent issue that appears when you don't use the full torrent, but try to download the game with the launcher. (Or try to use a client from a different source than us)

Blizzard seems to have changed something with their download servers, so the launcher download is currently not possible.

You'll need to either wait for a fix, or get the full torrent.
