[The Jade Forest] Spirits of the Water

Bug description: Witnessing the ceremony doesn't count, staying at 0/1. There was another player trying to do it and he had the same issue.
Also, Elder Lusshan which spawns when you take the quest, doesn't despawn if you abandon the quest. I took the quest multiple times so there's about 5 of him now.

I can confirm that
The quest buggs and doesn't count the ceremony in order to complete it and sadly you can't continue the Jade forest storyline unless you finish this quest.
Please fix this quest.

Talk to Elder Lushann in the house to complete the witnessing the ceremony to complete the quest.
