The PvP weekly chest Doesnt scale with rating

Bug description: PvP weekly chest is not scaling with arena rating neather is the loot from arena , as challanger i still get 340 gear from winnig arena and i got 355 from weekly chest where i suposed to get 360 from winning and 370 from weekly chest as shown in this site

as u can see here im a challenger ( 1600 + rating ) and i still got 355 from the arena weekly

+ the conquest weekly cap still didnt reset even after 2 weeks
