i letterally have 30% haste + 20% of alacrity that means up to 50% with alacrity … and yet i starve from the energy … i tested a gear with 10% haste and 30% haste and they both have the same energy regen , when i posted about it , i was told that it works just fine

same happened to me … most of my spells have 8 days cd now … i really cant play rogue now

Bug description:
when u hover on haste it said increase attack speed and energy regeneration ( https://imgur.com/TIO0a0W ) , but the energy regen does not seems to be effected by haste .
i tried spaming main abillity for 30 sec in 2 different sets in , first has 11% haste and 2nd has 32% haste and the amount of spells i got out in these 30 sec seems to be almost the same
