[druid][ferall] melee and balance affinity

Bug description: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=197488 (wowhead link) increase your ability and melee range by 5 and with the melee range being already 5yard that mean all ur melee abilities become 10 yards but it is lower than that in this server
Proof: * https://imgur.com/smYaCx8 as it said here Rake ( and all other melee abilities and melee attacks) have 10 yards with balance affinity ... but

Dear player,

Confirmed.

As you can see in the picture below (with balance affinity) i'm still not able to reach the construct with rake despite being 6-7 yards away.
With balance affinity you should have a 10 yd range on your abilities.
