The XP bar disappeared at lvl 14, many missions completed but no evolution.

Character name: Zelensky
Bug description: The XP bar on lvl 14 has disappeared and I've done a lot of missions since then, but I haven't climbed into lvl before. I'm stuck at lvl 14. Thanks!
Proof: As you can see in the screenshot, the XP bar no longer exists on this character. I want to evolve, but whatever mission I do, I don't accumulate anything. Thank you!
