Eu am aflat de ele destul de tarziu, pe la 25 de ani.

Vis lucid este un termen ce desemneazã un vis în care persoana care viseazã este conștientã cã visezã și cã visul este în curs de desfãșurare. În timpul viselor lucide, existã posibilitatea de a exercita control conștient efectiv asupra mediului, personajelor și tuturor caracteristicilor acestora, precum și realizarea unor lucruri care sunt imposibile sau foarte puțin probabile în realitatea fizicã a stãrii de veghe. Ma duce gandul la cosmarurile din care ma trezeam paralizat si cu inima batand sa-mi sara din piept... probabil starea cea mai apropiata de moarte.
De cand am aflat de visele lucide, am scapat de aceasta problema.

Am descoperit cand eram mic. Visam urat , ma opream si-mi ziceam , e un vis si nu se intampla nimic. Apoi schimbam cursul tuturor evenimentelor. Si acum mi se mai intampla insa nu la toate visele...
