So said dungeon dont want to reset at least hc is this only me or other people having this problem also. Wanted to farm mount thats why I need resets. If its bug is there any way to reset dungeon...

You can't reset Heroic dungeons, they have a 1 day cooldown.

... Far as I know they dont have on this server at least, Pandaria dungeons and Cata dont have cd for sure I can redo them without a problem

Well Pandaria dungeons should not have cd while you're using RDF so they just removed the cooldown completely.
The Cataclysm dungeons don't have cd for the same reason, and they remained like this since the server updated from Cataclysm.

I wuldnt be posting here if I havent thought there was some messup with UP other wotlk hc dungeons seems
repetable only UP is messing with me. And I forgot to mention wierd visual loading bug, first time I got in first room was empty no mobs whatsoever
no doors that blocks your way to last boss. I waited like 1 minute and poof I agroed all mobs that were supose to be in places I passed they were invisible for brief moment. No it was not my connection I checked. I am assuming just by that situation it is posible that instance have some serious issues. Ofc I wuldnt be bringing this to forums if mount dosnt drop there
