Bug description: The bat that you have to use to kill all those npcs doesn't fly and it's damage ability doesn't do any kind of damage. It's a difficult quest for someone who is leveling to kill 50 npcs without that bat's damage ability.

Confirmed. This has been a long-standing issue that I've been shocked to run into on all of my alts thus far.

The bat for the quest doesn't work.

Quick note for all players, it's still doable. It's only 50 mobs.
