Vendor for Tier tokens

Items, like https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=120252&&name=chest-of-the-iron-protector, are not working. My Suggestion is as long as they aren't fixed to spawn maybe a vendor who sells the Tier items in exchange for the "token" (=https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=120252&name=chest-of-the-iron-protector).

They were already fixed, live when new patch launches.
