Vote Point.. Recovery?

My character got stuck today and I found out a very interesting thing. I have been voting on an account that isn't related to my actual account. Account I've been voting on... (which happens to be my forum account) somehow counted as my in-game account. http://imgur.com/bnak7c3,dPGal8x

So for the past almost 2 weeks (can't vote both time each day) I have been voting on the wrong account (my forum one) so I was wondering if I could get my vote points transferred to my actual account? Or am I screwed. :/

So basically I'm asking if I can have the vote points transferred from the 1st account (which is my forum) to my in-game account (which is the 2nd) so I can actually spend the vote points. ^.^
