Vote point mount question

If i buy a pally mount on my priest off the vote shop..
1. Will it get added to my collection? (since i am working toward 100 mount achi)
2. Will i be able to use it?

Crusader Warhorses have no class restriction (Doesn't matter since mounts land straight in spellbook).
If it's about the original paladin mounts, you can't get them through the vote shop.

ad. 1 Yes. You will find it in your spellbook (together with other mounts)
ad. 2 Yes.
