Vote shop Character customization

Bug description: It does work, but as a Demon Hunter, it allows me to customize it as a night elf Warrior, wich is *** up as i can't do the demon hunter customization, it took me 14 days to reach 100 vp, but the custo it allows me to do, is shit as i can do more in barber shop.wich those 100 i spend today after donating 5 euros as i tought freakz won't dissapoint, it never did in the past, and not i'm upset to find out that the vp we're for nothing, please help me out asap as my time is crucial here (Yes i really care about appearance), i work alot and i have limited time, thank you for the quick answer and trying your best to fix it asap.
