[DUPLICATE] [WQ Highmountain] Rocko needs a shave

Bug description: Can't start the battle, it should start the battle when you right click on it like any other wild pet.

I've noticed that, for some reason, Rocko - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=98572&&name=rocko (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=98572/rocko) is flagged as both wild pet and quest ender.
Other wild pets you have to fight, such as The Maw - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=104992&&name=the-maw and Lil'idan - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=105841&&name=lil-idan are only flagged as the wild pets.
Moreover, requirements to finish their respective world quest objectives are automatically completed upon defeating them, and there's no need for quest ender to get reward (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41861&&name=meet-the-maw and https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=42064&&name=it-s-illid-wait).
On other hand, there's a bug in this quest which needs Rocko to end this quest - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41624&&name=rocko-needs-a-shave
