[Warlock][All spec] Warlock's pets store fel energy mechanism and Basic Attack

WoW Freakz spell link: Fel Energy and every pet basic attack

Bug description:
Every warlock's pet is supposed to use his Basic Attack in auto-cast ONLY if has at least 60-65% remaining fel energy (120-130 fel energy).
At the moment only Imp/Fel Imp work this way (it casts over 50%, but is the same), all other pet use their basic attack till 0 energy (and this generates bug like this one, where spells used without energy go in cd and nothing happens).

The only things that can be used below 60% energy in auto-cast are the Special Ability (if the conditions are met, see this report)

Really easy to reproduce on the server, just let a pet attack.

Proof:
In this video from offy we have all the pets and as you can see they use their Basic Attack only when over 60% fel energy.

Indeed, this is true. Fel Imp got fixed because you could bug his Felbolt cast, and he would be a machine gun.
