[Warlock][Destr]Killing with Havoc+Shadowburn doesn't give additional embers above 20% hp

Bug description:
When you kill a target duplicating a Shadowburn (using Havoc) you are CASTING shadowburn on the off target, so, if he dies from the spell, you must recive 2 full Burning Embers (one refill the used one, the second as "extra", whatever the health % is).
On the server, when you kill a target duplicating a Shadowburn, you recive 2 full Burning Embers ONLY if the second target is below 20% health.
So we have 2 cases:
- Main and off target below 20% -> Shadowburn+Havoc kill both -> 2 embers for kill = 4 embers -> correct
- Main below 20%, off above 20% -> Shadowburn+Havoc kill both -> only 2 embers -> incorrect
It's like in the second case you only duplicate the damage.

No one talks about some kind of "health % limitation".

Just tested with Imaqtdot, I believe the server does not take into account the off target as being below 20% so this is why it does not give any embers, because as you know it, you cannot cast Shadowburn on a target above 20%.
